Additionally, please ensure that you make a proper video of the product received and send it to us. This will help us better understand your concern and expedite the resolution process.
2. Assessment Process: Our dedicated team will carefully assess the returned products to ensure they are in a suitable condition for exchange.
3. Required Information: For all returnable items, it’s essential to provide the original receipt, a return/exchange authorization number (which will be provided by our customer support team), and ensure that the items are in a saleable condition.
4. Courier Costs: Please note that courier costs are non-refundable and should be covered by the customer.
5. Gift Boxes: Orders for Gift boxes are not eligible for exchange or refund. However, we do offer a provision for replacement.
6. Damaged or Defective Products: In the unfortunate event that the products you receive are damaged or defective, we will gladly consider your return request.
